Shipping policy

 

Livovarioa (hereinafter referred to as “we”) operates exclusively through an online store and provides delivery services for purchased products. These Shipping Terms are intended to explain delivery coverage, shipping fees, order processing timelines, transportation arrangements, and related responsibilities, helping you understand the order fulfillment process from payment confirmation to receipt.

1. Delivery Coverage

Delivery services are available within Australia only. At this time, delivery to destinations outside Australia is not supported.

2. Shipping Fee Structure

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the total order value:

  • Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or above (including AUD 99.99) qualify for free delivery.
  • Orders with a total value below AUD 99.99 are subject to a flat delivery fee of AUD 9.99.

All applicable taxes and necessary shipping-related charges are already included in the displayed product prices. No additional fees will be required after checkout.

3. Order Cutoff Time

Order processing is based on CET business hours, from 8:00 to 18:00:

  • Orders placed before 18:00 will be processed on the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next working day.
  • Orders placed on non-working days will be processed on the next available working day.

4. Order Processing Time

After payment is successfully confirmed, orders enter the preparation stage. The standard processing time is 1–3 business days, during which order verification, packaging, and handover to the logistics carrier are completed.

5. Estimated Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, the estimated overall delivery timeframe is approximately 5–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and prevailing logistics conditions.

6. Logistics Carriers

To ensure reliable delivery services, shipments may be arranged through one or more of the following logistics carriers:

  • UPS
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • Australia Post

7. Order Tracking

After an order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and logistics carrier information. You may visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your email address or phone number together with the corresponding order number to check the current order status.

8. Responsibility Statement

  • Product damage or loss: If damage or loss occurs during transportation, please contact us promptly so we can assist with verification and resolution.
  • Shipping modifications and cancellations: Once an order has been handed over to the logistics carrier, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • Delivery address responsibility: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. Any delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information will be the responsibility of the recipient.

9. Delivery Acceptance Notes

Upon receiving your package, please inspect the outer packaging carefully. If visible damage, deformation, or other irregularities are observed, we recommend documenting the condition prior to acceptance and contacting us as soon as possible for further assistance.
