An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. After confirmation, the order will be recorded in our system and enter the processing stage. Orders are not formally accepted until payment is completed.

5. Delivery Conditions

Delivery services are available exclusively within Australia. Once payment has been successfully completed, your order will be confirmed and proceed to the processing stage. Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days before being transferred to the designated logistics provider. After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery address and operational conditions at the time of shipment. To ensure stable and reliable delivery performance, we work with recognized logistics providers including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Australia Post. Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or above qualify for free delivery, while orders below this threshold are subject to a flat delivery fee of AUD 9.99. All applicable taxes and related charges are fully included in the product prices displayed at checkout, and no additional fees will be required after payment.

6. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours following successful payment, provided that the order has not yet entered the preparation stage or been transferred to the logistics provider. Once order processing or shipment has commenced, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.

If an order has already been dispatched, you may submit a return request after delivery in accordance with the procedures outlined in our Order Cancellation Policy.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Requests for returns or exchanges may be submitted within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date. Eligible situations include visible appearance issues, quality-related concerns, noticeable color differences, unusual odors, or cases where the received item does not match the order details.
